Cyprus Weather does not have accounts, does not track you and does not collect personal data.

Location

If you allow it, your location is used on your iPhone to choose the nearest weather station and to request the forecast from Apple Weather. The app does not store your location history or send it to us.

Forecast requests

Forecasts come from Apple's WeatherKit service, which receives the coordinates of the place you are viewing. Apple handles this under its own privacy policy and does not link it to your Apple Account.

Public data

Station readings, bulletins, air quality and warnings are downloaded directly from the Cyprus Department of Meteorology, the Department of Labour Inspection and MeteoAlarm. Like any website, their servers see your IP address.

Saved places and settings

Your places, units and alert limits are stored only on your device. Deleting the app removes them.

Diagnostics

Crash information stays on your device unless you choose to share it with Apple through iOS Analytics.
